Hi Maureen … I agree! It does not look like it. The war of words are hot and heavy between the 3 countries and unless Japan changes it “Programme” then this will be a yearly fight.

It’s rediculous- hopefully is will be permanently banned. I also hope to see the infamous Seal Hunt banned soon. I’ve supported efforts against Canada’s Seal Hunt every year- it’s just disgusting and simply not needed.

Thanks for raising awareness of this very important issue. There is absolutely no justifacation for the senseless slaughter of any Whale, and the sooner this barbaric practice is stopped the better. Marks last blog post..QE2 retires from service after 40 years.
