However, it's very frustrating for me because I can't find any information on what area(s) of the country that you live in that solar and wind may or may not be a good return on investment right now. For example, I live in an area that gets lots of sleet and ice storms in winter. Often plants, my solar garden lights, etc are encased in ice.
