Good luck Linda! I hope all goes well down there. Ya know, there is an acre and a half across the road from me in VT for sale. Has a house (that needs lots of work) but other than several feet of snow each year we are (I'm gonna jinx myself) pretty immune from major weather problems. And as all the T-shirts say: "Vermont, we were green before green was cool". Not that I lived here then, but I like it anyway. Come to think of it... I wasn't that green then either.
