More Tankless Info

As promised, your tankless water heater info.

There is a wide selection depending on your needs.

Point of Use (also called Single Use), models are all electric.

Whole House models are either electric or gas (indoor or outdoor). There are
factors that need to be taken into consideration while making your choice.
Such as the electrical capacity of your house for the electric models or the
ability to properly vent the indoor gas models.

The models below are on the lower end of the price scale.

For Point of Use,  (i.e. remote shower) :  Manufacturer Eemax or Takagi

For (Gas) Whole House (indoor):   Manufacturer Paloma

Tankless units can work well – I have a total of 5 various Takagi units installed at my home and rental properties – but they do require correct installation to operate properly. I’ve put up a page on the problems we encountered and some of the solutions at:

This comment is nothing about your post. It is truly on your blog design and theme. The header looks very very very professional. You must give some extra bonus to the designer. Trust me, this is my sincere comment on my first view on your blog.

Hi Barbara … Yes, tankless water heaters are the way to go. Think about less space, less electricity needed and almost instant hot water!

Hi Michael … Thanks so much for the link! I will certainly be reading it soon! Also, I am glad you like the Takagis.

Hi Atniz … Done! Somehow I had left out the designer but it has been corrected. Thank you!
