Great article! Up here in Washington.. we now have to pay state tax for online purchases. That just took affect in the last couple of weeks..Ouch! Anything for revenue.. we are already one of the top five most expensive states to live in!

Hi Bcarter … That is a possibility. However, people knowing slows the possibility. There have been alot of things happening in the U.S. that have not been constitutional in the last 8 years.

This idea has been flopping around for a couple years now and would kill the whole idea that the internet is the easiest place to start a small business. OMG…!that is absolutely outrageous!Omg…I can’t believe they think they could get away with it. Surely there would be such an uproar ( not only from average users but also from small business and the like)that it just couldn’t go ahead.This is way more huge than the text message sneaky charge issue.
Omg…. it makes me so angry to think that everything I have worked to set up in the last 12 months could be dashed in the hands of the big guys!
GGGrrrr…not happy.
