Garlic is good for tick control. Eat lots of garlic and the ticks won't bite. Dogs love garlic too.

Yes! we do... it is not unusual for hunters or fishermen to have fun with these little varmits! No, I can honestly say I have not been to Seattle. I hear that it is very beautiful up there!

Talk about getting "ticked off!"

Do you have quite a few ticks down there, Linda?

I know what they are, having lived on Grampa's ranch in California for awhile, but I don't think I've ever even heard of one up here in Western Washington.

But it will be a good thing to know if I ever run across one.

Thanks!

BTW, being as green as you are, just wondering if you've ever been to Seattle. Green is one thing we have plenty of up here! :)

NOW you tell me! I had a tick bury itself into my arm a few years ago and had to have some of it surgically removed. I hate those things!

Now, I live in Southern California and we don't get many ticks here (luckily). I will pass this on to my Wisconsin friends, however.

Thanks for the tip!
