Recycle your Crocs
I am sure that your Crocs are getting a little worn by now. The bottoms are
starting to smooth out and are probably scratched, stained, etc.
Why not recycle them?
Your local Crocs retailer has a recycle bin and/or you can ship them to Soles
United.
Soles United (a non-profit organization) takes them and recycles the shoes, boxes them up and ships them out to organizations that can make sure the shoes reach
those who need them. Their goal is to donate more than two million
pairs of recycled Crocs shoes worldwide. They are also helped by
Brother’s Brother Foundation and Feed the Children.
Go to http://www.solesunited.com and really see how they work!
Their next stop is to bring 10,000 pairs to Haiti.
Why not join the effort!

Hey Linda!
Just stopped by to see what you had cookin’ today! The shoes project sounds like a cool, practical way to assist.
I guess I’ll have to check in to Crocs Shoes: unfamiliar.

The recycling is a great idea, although I think Crocs are the ugliest footwear on the planet.

I will have to go see what our local crocs supplier has in the way of recycling. Must say I haven’t seen the recycle option over here in Oz but if not I could always ask “why not”?

Hi Linda. Love your site. Anything we can do to recycle I am all for it. It bothers me to see something that should be recycled, in the normal trash. I “almost” want to go pick it out but I don’t. Such a waste.
