Smoking Alternative

Tuesday, April 22nd, 2008

Have you heard of NJOY. It is an electronic version of a cigarette.
This will give you the Freedom to SMOKE anywhere without people sneering or commenting

about your habit plus no second hand smoke.

Whether your smoke cigarettes and/or cigars, NJOY will offer the same stimulation, a

feeling of relaxation, calmness and alertness as it will deliver the nicotine to the

body without the carcinogens.

Now here is the good part. These NJOY cigarettes are TSA approved and acceptable for

use on an airplane, since they are effectively an electronic device. So for people who

feel the need to smoke, there’s no more waiting to land at the next airport, you

simply wait until the captain annouces you can use electronic devices.

NJOY will also help you gradually ween yourself from smoking and helps reduce the

amount of smoke inhaled into your lungs even if you have no plans to quit.

To purchase NJOY, use the Coupon Code freedom. The Coupon Code is case sensitive, so

be sure to use all lower case characters.

Earth Day

Tuesday, April 22nd, 2008

Today is Earth Day….

We are still plagued by the same concerns of nearly four decades ago: global warming,

the destruction of rain forests, air pollution … .

So starting today, going green can be as easy as swapping out light bulbs for cfl

bulbs, turn down the temperature on your water heater, unplug all of the chargers you

have (i.e. cell phones, ipods, etc.), unplug your toaster as it sucks electricity,

unplug your coffee pot, hair dryer, and other items that you use occasionally. This

will save you dollars each year.

Being that spring has sprung! Painting the outside of your home using additives to

the paint will help insulate the walls.

At its core, the going green movement should be about generating less: less waste,

less electricity, less stuff.

Happy Earth Day!

Biodiesel

Monday, April 21st, 2008

Rudolf Diesel invented the diesel engine in 1897 with full intensions of fueling
it with vegetable oil.

The diesel common at your local gas station is derived from petroleum fuel oil
(petrodiesel).

Biodiesel is derived from vegetable oil, most commonly, oil extracted from soy
beans

Biodiesel can be blended with petrodiesel in any amount, fractions to 99% and
run in modern diesel vehicles. This is done to compensate biodiesel having a
higher gel point. But this can also be overcome by installing a fuel heater
and that is only necessary in colder weather.

Used vegetable oil can be used but, you must replace the rubber fuel line hoses,

gaskets, and fittings with synthetic ones. Simply put, it hardens the rubber.

Enviromental benefit:

With pure biodiesel the key ingrediants for acid rain is eliminated, and
greatly reduced when using the biodiesel with fractional petrodiesel blend.
Biodiesel has a substantial reduction of unburned hydrocarbons, particulate
matter, and CO2 emissions.

Health benefit:

Biodiesel emissions showed a decreased levels of potential cancer causing
compounds from 50% to 90%
